BANANA BLONDIES

If you’re craving cake or brownies, but want to avoid all the sugar, these are for you! Even though they’re a healthy dessert, the texture is not weird and is actually super cake-like.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe, mashed bananas

  • 1/2 c peanut butter

  • 1/3 c of organic, pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1 c flour (I used cassava flour)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips

Instructions:

  • Mash bananas and mix up all the ingredients

  • Coat a baking dish with a light layer of coconut oil

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 -20 minutes or until the top is golden brown
